I didn't realize for a while that Kyoko was made by Articarus 0_0
She seemed... normal!
(Art is just slightly below King Star on the worst creator list.)
Some guy greated Kolona (or whatever his name is) and said he was finished, but he had only 3 attacks, many missing sprites, and an opaque green background.

OTH is a joke character. He's not meant for actual fighting.
One of my personal favorites was Omega Tiger Woods, but many people hate him for his overall cheapness.
As for more retarded characters, definitely the Narutaru characters. The are just KFM edits with bad hit detection and different sprites.
Also, Kung-Fu Mario.
