I am researching a William Smith of Croton whose wife was an Elizabeth Webster. They would have married circa 1856 going by the birth of their first child Margaret. They had another daughter Susan and on her death the information given was that Susan's mother Elizabeth Smith , nee Webster was born or from Dawn Mills. From Census information Elizabeth Webster was born 1840.
Any information on Elizabeth Webster would be appreciated .

Thanks for your posting. I'm afraid I have no information on this family, however I have moved your posting to the Dawn Mills section and I'll leave it up here in case anyone else might have information for you.

Hi.
Since posting my first message trying to find more information on Elizabeth Webster born Dawn Mills I have learnt that Elizabeth may have possibly been the first child of a Henry Webster and Jane Waterworth from the area. Lack of not finding a birth in the records and the 1851/2 census not covering the area does not help. Henry Webster was born Ireland and possibly Wicklow which would tie in with my research. Henry and Jane are buried at Blackburn UUnion Burial grounds if anyone was close to the area to have a look and see are there headstones that might reveal some more information.
All help is appreciated.
