so far we know its bass and drum orientated so its back to the dance-whoreable tunes.

^^ and TAKE ME OUT.. oh, take me out had that interpolish sound, that was really coool.. *good old days* ..

but at the same time, Franz is growing bigger and bigger, years later when we listen a band we should be able to say, "hey this guys have some Franzish sound". .. so maybe its better for franz to draw their own line.

they want to start recording this fall, so i think it will be released next spring or summer.

well franz are spending time on their new record after summer ffestivals, so they said they're not touring like they did last year. no tours in november through january.

i'm looking forward to the 3rd album, i'd say it'll be different for some reason

Well, I really think the 3rd album is gonna come out somewhere in the summer of 2007, and if I think about the drum and bass being the main focus point, expect more songs like I'm Your Villain for example, but even songs like Darts are really drum and bass..
That can only mean danceable songs like never before.

I think there are a few Franz fans who are worried that the band is slightly changing styles, with the new songs as well. But look at it in a different way, Alex first of all says they want to make popsongs that people can dance to, and secondly FF probably made these songs to experiment and show the world that they can also make really cool slower songs..

Can't wait for the 3rd album! Very Happy
